If you do not have the instruction manual, we may need to "think outside the box" a little, but no worries, we can still help! The two most important pieces of information are the model number and pack date.
- Check the shipping box for the model number and pack date/lot number. Both pieces of information can usually be found on a small white label with the General Certificate of Conformity or other similar certificate, but the model number is usually printed in several places.
- Check the back panel. Many units will include a sticker with this information.
- Locate the product page if you purchased this item online and share the link.

Box stickers offer a wealth of information about the item and tell a story about its journey to your doorstep, but keep in mind that they don't all help us specifically. Labels that contain tracking information is useful only to the carrier and may impede your ability to locate the model number or manufacture date.
Additionally, if you purchased from a local retailer/brick and mortar store, information on the box may be specific to the retailer. There may be pictures or carton artwork, or some of this information may be missing. In most cases, we are also able to translate SKU/UPC codes.
