If photos simply are not in the cards, it isn't the end of the world, but we will need you to locate some information from the assembly instructions or the shipping box.
- The model number is usually in a large, bold print located at the top of the page.
- The manufacture date will be stamped in black, blue, or red, or printed near the lot number.
- If the manufacture date is missing, locate a longer number in smaller font that starts with B34. This indicates the version of the model and ensures that the correct parts are sent if any changes have been made.
Note: there may be multiple model numbers listed. If you do not know the difference between Andover Oak and Magnolia Oak, that's okay! You can describe the color and we will be able to work with you to ensure you get the correct parts.
Fireplace TV stands come with two manuals, one for the fireplace and one for the TV stand. Even if your stand is perfect and the fireplace is the problem, we will still need the information provided on the assembly instructions for the main unit.
