The magnets for our lockers have small plastic catches on either side. These catches are compressed when they are pushed through the magnet slot at the corner of the door. Once they pass through, the catches release and keep the magnet in place as the door is opened or closed.
The magnet should not come out of its frame, and we apologize for any inconvenience if it has. If the magnet malfunctions, please order a replacement magnet here. Once you have navigated to the website link, type in the model number of the unit. The model number can be found on the front of your assembly manual. Request the magnet replacement using part number: TDM0100.
