To ensure the security of our business, we can only open the following file types from our customers: JPEG, PNG, EML, PDF, MP4, MOV, WMV, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, and CSV.
The JPEG image format is currently the most widely used compression format for still images. The reason for that is, that JPEGs are designed to efficiently store high-quality digital photos packed with detail and color. In other words, they compress large images into much smaller file sizes, making them easier to share and upload online.
