We understand it can be frustrating to finish assembling your TV stand and then notice that the doors look like they’ve shrunk in the wash. If a sizeable gap bigger than 3 mm is along the upper edge of your doors or the handle side, the culprit is most likely the skinny board on the opposite side of the gap. This part, often called the rail or molding, may have mistakenly been attached upside-down or backwards. To fix the problem, the unit would need to be partially disassembled and the part properly re-attached. If needed, please contact our friendly customer service team for assembly assistance. We are happy to help!
The letters may be different, depending on your model, but notice that the holes on the rail are not centered on the board. Since they are symmetrically spaced, however, it is possible to attach this part incorrectly.
