Wood glue is a miracle worker at keeping dowels secure and furniture stable, but it can also complicate mistakes. We completely understand and will work with you to get your unit built. Gently pull the panel off. If there are multiple dowels in the same board, work one each in stages, so that the angle of one does not harm another at the opposite end. If all goes well, there will be no further damage and you can go on your merry way with assembly. If all does NOT go well, don’t fret! Just email customer service and we will go from there. There are many factors that affect successfully removing glued dowels. The length of time and the dryness are at the forefront, but so are temperature and humidity.
