Please keep in mind that for each negative review, there were many more satisfied customers that chose not to share. Sometimes an item gets damaged during shipment, but we can fix that. Unfortunately, people seem more likely to write about negative experiences than they do positive ones and we encourage you to be the change! We keep a careful eye on what people say about our products, both good and bad, and use that information to improve. We’re grateful for the feedback; it allows us to quickly address potential issues, but once we have, that doesn’t make the bad review go away.
