We sincerely apologize if parts arrived at your doorstep damaged and will work with you to get this resolved! If parts are available, we will have those shipped out to you at no cost. Before ordering replacement parts, please conduct a full inventory to ensure that no other parts are damaged and that you have everything you need to complete assembly. A single shipment will cut down on the time needed to finish assembling your unit.
Post-Covid supply chain issues continue to be a difficult hurdle, and unfortunately, there are times when parts are not available. If this applies to your situation, we will advise you to return your item to the retailer for an exchange or refund. We understand the frustration this may cause and please know our team is working behind the scenes to minimize these occurrences. If returning the item is not feasible, please let us know, and we will make every effort to find an alternate solution!
Please do not attempt to build the unit with damaged parts. It may affect the stability and longevity of the furniture.
