Unfortunately, if your fireplace insert is blowing cold air, there is no solution for this. For your safety, we do not recommend tinkering with the heating elements. If you are within your 1-year warranty, we will replace the fireplace insert after an investigation. For customers with older units, replacement units are generally available for purchase.
