If only some parts are needed, these can be ordered using the individual part numbers described in the assembly instructions. If the entire hardware bag is missing, let the customer service representative know or use part number 9997 in the self-service portal.
Furniture is important, but not as important as your safety. A perfect fit is better than a good fit any day. We do not recommend using hardware from third-party retailers, so please save yourself the money, the trouble of a trip to the store, and the hassle of finding a needle in a haystack.
